2. Merchandise Sales, Print-on-Demand (POD), and Returns

2.1 General Sales Policy

All sales of physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories) offered on the Website are managed and fulfilled via a Print-on-Demand (POD) service provider.

2.2 Print-on-Demand Process

Products are uniquely manufactured after an order is placed. This custom-creation process means that we do not hold inventory, and orders are immediately sent to production.

2.3 Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom nature of our Print-on-Demand process, all sales are considered FINAL and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference, including size, colour, or buyer’s remorse.

2.4 Exceptions for Faulty or Damaged Goods

The only exception to the Final Sale policy is if the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or materially different from the item ordered.

• If you receive a faulty item, you must contact us at themjxofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect.

• Upon confirmation of the fault, we will arrange for a replacement of the original item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

3. Event Ticket Sales (Eventbrite)

3.1 Third-Party Ticketing Platform

Tickets for any Michael Jackson fan events, gatherings, or parties promoted, organized, or facilitated by MJX Fan Hub are sold exclusively through the third-party ticketing platform, Eventbrite.

3.2 Disclaimer of Liability for Ticketing

MJX Fan Hub is not the merchant of record for ticket transactions. We do not process payments, collect your payment information, or handle ticket delivery for Eventbrite purchases.

• By purchasing tickets, you agree to the separate terms and conditions, privacy policy, and user agreement of Eventbrite.

• Any issues regarding payment processing, ticket delivery errors, refund eligibility (except in the case of a cancelled event where the refund is issued by Eventbrite), or chargebacks must be resolved directly with Eventbrite.

3.3 Event Details and Changes

While we strive to provide accurate event information, details (such as specific timing, guest DJs, or supporting acts) are subject to change by the event organizer. MJX Fan Hub is not responsible for any such non-material changes to an event, and tickets purchased will remain valid for the rescheduled or revised event. A "material change" (e.g., cancellation or change of date/main venue) will be subject to the refund policy of Eventbrite.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You shall not post or transmit through the Website any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MJX Fan Hub, its owners, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this service.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in London, England.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
